BODY CLOCKS.
A Bodyclockè is not just a bright light, but
functions as a 'Dawn Simulator'. Our internal body clock relies
on a dawn to keep itself in regulation, so when people wake in the
dark on winter mornings, the body clock does not get the correct
signal and the internal 'circadian rhythms' can go awry.
A Bodyclockè supplies the missing signal by copying
the sunrise, and also provides a luxurious dimmable bedside lamp,
and a much more relaxed way to wake.
Recommended for mild sufferers or as an additional
measure. Particularly suitable for anybody who has trouble getting
out of bed (we say it reaches the parts other alarm clocks do
not reach...)
