How to order from Sad Shop.

Sad Shop are well known for their attention to customer care, both before you buy or rent, and after. Once you have looked around the website and made your choice of product, there are three methods of ordering that you can use. All three are fast, easy and friendly!

For the purchase of products we accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron, American Express and PayPal. 

You can also pay by cheque, money order or postal order although full title to the goods do not pass to the purchaser until such cheques have been cleared.

Occasionally we will accept payment by direct bank transfer (Special application only).

**Please note** For rentals of product we require payment by credit/debit card only with at least six months to the expiry date.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until just before they are shipped.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post. or via our secure online ordering system.

	Ordering Online: This is probably the most popular way of ordering products from Sad Shop. Orders can be placed any time of day or night. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is not taken until items are dispatched. Our payment systems are safe and secure. We also accept PayPal.
	Ordering by telephone: Some of our customers feel uncomfortable or unsafe about buying online, so orders made by telephone are the perfect alternative. It's just as fast as buying over the Internet and you talk to a real person, so advice and information regarding delivery times is always available. You'll get through to a member of our friendly family team who will take your order and help with any questions you may have.
	Ordering by mail: Ordering by mail is easy! Just click here to open a printable order form. When the order form appears, just print it out immediately or save it to print out later. Once you have printed the order form out, just fill in the details of your order and send the completed order form to Sad Shop using the address given on the form. We'll take care of the rest!
	Ordering by e-mail or fax: Just click here to send an order request e-mail. Please do not quote your credit card details in the e-mail, just send us your name, address (including postcode) and telephone number. We will then ring you back as soon as we can to take your order and help with any other questions you may have. Order by fax to (01704) 501363 within the UK or +44 1704 501363 from outside the UK. If you click here this will open a fax form which you can print, fill in the details and then fax or post to us.
