In addition to our vast range of
products that we have for sale, you can also RENT products from us
for a small monthly fee. This applies to Light Boxes for SAD listed below.
Renting lets you try light therapy to
see whether your symptoms are caused by S.A.D or for anyone who wants to
rent for a few months or try before they buy.
Also the scheme allows people
just to test the effectiveness of equipment prior to purchase and has been the
success story of our company since formation.
The minimum rental period is just
one month and at the end of the rental period you can send it back if it
doesn't work or if you wish to purchase, we will allow you half of any rentals
paid offset against the purchase price. If you want to rent for a further month
or longer then of course you can. All that we ask is that you keep the original
packaging that we send the product to you in - just in case you do need to
return the goods - which isn't very often!!

Terms and conditions
The minimum rental period is just one month of 28
days. In the case of a rental we reserve the right to send a part-used or
ex-demonstration piece of equipment.
At the expiration of the rental period you have an
option of 1) continuing to rent the equipment for a further complete month 2)
Purchasing the equipment with a discount of half of any rentals already paid
set against the purchase price. 3) returning the equipment within 7 days of the
expiration of the current rental period.
Note that at the end of the rental period it is
the responsibility of the person hiring the equipment to return to us in the
original box provided together with any packing and instruction manuals, and
accessories. The equipment remains the property of the Sad Light Hire Company
Limited until payment is made in full less any rental allowances due. Rental
allowance excludes carriage charges. If paying by credit or debit card we
reserve the right to charge any rental charges not paid within 7 days of the start
of the new rental charging period. Rental periods can only be for complete
months. If returning the equipment it is the responsibility of the person
paying for the hire of such goods to insure against loss or damage in transit.
If equipment is received without any accessories
including outer cartons, instructions etc or damaged then we reserve the right
to charge any out-of-pocket expenses to restore the condition of such goods to
rentals of product we require payment by credit/debit card only with at least
six months to the expiry date
